When you purchase an AEL product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that software. Your license key is tied to your purchase — do not share it. One purchase covers one user.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital software delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.
"Free updates" means we deliver updates to the product you purchased at no additional charge, for as long as that product is actively maintained. We do not guarantee updates on any particular schedule or indefinitely.
We provide limited email support for installation and configuration questions. Reach us at info@agentcontinuum.ai. We're a small team — response times vary, but we read everything.
We take support seriously. If you're stuck, email us — we'll work through it with you.
We collect your email address at purchase (via Stripe) and when you use the contact form. We use it to deliver your license key and respond to inquiries. We don't sell it. We don't spam it.
We log anonymous page views to understand site traffic. No personal data is attached to those logs.
Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
AEL products are provided as-is. We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
